Acceptance of our services implies agreement to these terms. Services We offer tailored content creation, including planning, filming, editing, and delivery, designed to meet diverse industry needs. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide all necessary information, feedback, approvals, and permissions for materials used. Ownership Clients gain rights to use the delivered content upon full payment. Empathyfilms retains the right to showcase completed projects for promotional purposes, unless a different agreement is made. Payment Details regarding payment amounts, schedules, and methods are agreed upon before project start. Delays or failure to pay may result in service suspension. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited for future services.
